I've visited Scotiabank Theatre a few times now and here’s a breakdown of what the theatre: Location and Parking: Scotiabank Theatre is conveniently located with ample parking space, making it easy to access. Typically you will not have trouble getting a space. The theater is also close to several restaurants and other ... venues. Facility and Ambiance: The theater itself has undergone modernization in the actual showing areas but the outside of the building is beginning to show its age. The lobby is spacious and clean with an arcade. The staff at the concession stand were about average and the lines moved smoothly. Tickets on site are handled by a series of self serve kiosks. Seating and Comfort: The seats at Scotiabank Theatre are modern, with ample legroom and good cushioning. Reclining seats were present. Screen and Sound Quality: The screen was large and clear. The sound quality was superb. Concessions: What you would expect. Cleanliness: On each of my visits the theatre has been clean. The exterior of the theatre could use some cleaning and paint. It has all kinds of showing experiences like UltraAVX, 4DX, IMAX, DBOX, RealD 3D, ScreenX, clubhouse, VIP, Recliners, Sensory-Friendly Screenings, Stars & Strollers and standard. The chairs are very modern & comfortable. They have so many different theaters big and small ... ones, and all of them are very spacious. You can also get a membership to get 1 free ticket every month plus discount in other services & tickets. So if you’re a movie lover you better sign with them. For me, I tried DBox and that was hilarious. I really loved it specially the Interactive chair, it was vibrating and moves with the movie. Visit April 3, 2024 for Dune 2, IMAX movie. Ample parking both front and rear entryways. Clean, well maintained. Numerous entertainment games in lobby. Mobility impaired accessible. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A number of food, snack and beverage choices available.

4DX is outstanding! Watched Aquaman 2 , the seats toss you like Broncos Yea Ha!. Be warned popcorn and drinks will be flying so eat up before the ride begins. Do not recommend if your motion averse. Fans, and misters give you a sensation of wet breezes . A must ... try at least once. Read more
