Most of it was inedible, overcooked and had metallic taste to some thinks. Egg rolls had white spots on a couple, took a closer look and it’s mold, white fluffy mold!! And it’s on most of them, I purchased 12. I had asked for the egg rolls cold, so not ... reheated because I heat them up myself , so that is why it was visible had they been reheated there, it wouldn’t have been noticeable. Rice was just mushy and super dark, plum sauce was gross like very jelly like with metallic taste, bean sprouts were little strings not sure if they were overcooked or on the verge of being no good but we’re still used? I ordered from here hoping that reviews were just overreaction and part of a negative review bias where people don't often review food that they enjoy. I wanted reasons to rate it higher; to give them a boost. With that mindset, I started eating the egg rolls. They're alright, ... actually. Not great, but passable. But I can't justify the price at that quality. Now, for the main course. I got a custom combination plate with chicken fried rice, beef& broccoli and General Tao chicken. The beef and broccoli started off meh but the more of it I ate, the less I wanted to eat more. The General Tao was a no-go. There was barely any sauce (see photo), but the coating was still very soggy. The texture was a.major turn-off so I didn't get past one bite of it. The fried rice would have been alright if it wasn't also soggy. I feel bad, because maybe someone there is trying. It just doesn't seem to be working, though. I can't think of any reason to order from here over any competitors. I'd be happy to try again if they make some major changes, but as is, it's a no for me. Read more

Be aware of the portion sizes... Because we got absolutely tricked. Small cup fried Rice 14$, small cup wonton soup 10$, regular dish of fried noodles 23$.

We wanted to try Chinese take out in this area and are very disappointed. A simple hot & sour soup order for 3 people was a complete waste down the drain:( the soup was on a very questionable base that tasted like a burn pot and has literally only few ... pieces of tofu and particles of some other ingredients… definitely my last visit at this place:( Read more

Paid for order with credit card online through Skip the Dishes and requested that the driver text upon arrival and drop at doorstep as it was late and others in the house were sleeping. My request was even printed out on the paper receipt attached to my order for the ... driver to see. Instead he pounds on the door waking up roommate and her barking dog. Ordered Cantonese chow mein, and as the picture shows they use wide, thick noodles that seem to be pasta in nature (was very disappointed as I can get better chow mein at a mall's food court). Order was packed ridiculously wrong, with 5 heavy items packed on top of the small containers. The result is shown in the second picture. Because of these 3 complaints, I can't help but wonder how pre-tipping is even a thing! Every time I'm asked to pre-tip for any online ordering, the service ends up being very poor. This delivery experience was no different. I'll try another chinese takeout place next time for sure. Read more
