Extremely disappointed with the service here. I have a very serious allergy to gluten, Celiac disease. I specified to the cashier I wanted a burger WITHOUT THE BUN and she confirmed with me that their would be no bun, just the burger and toppings of my choosing. I am extremely ... lucky I saw my food being prepared because the cook had made my burger with the bun. The cashier then went up to the cook and said it was without the bun so he just removed the bun from the burger and the lady tried to serve me it. I told her I couldn't eat this as it had been in contact with gluten. I would have gotten very sick had I not seen what they tried to do. Food allergies are very serious and I am disgusted by the staff here. They need better-educated staff on the seriousness of food allergies. I will not be coming back. Pathetic. The restaurant was very messy on a recent Friday evening.. No staff wiping tables or keeping up on the garbage which was overflowing onto the floor. Counter staff topping burgers and putting together orders worked at a snail’s pace. There wasn’t a mobile pick up sign at the one end ... of the counter. A couple of toppings ordered were not on my burger and had to go back up to counter to get them added. Would never return to this location. Read more

Harvey's is always my first choice when it come to go out with my friends. This is the only place I love. There staff is well organized. Coordinating with each other and guiding the guest properly. I visited on Tuesday around 1pm and I remember there manager on duty ... was so nice. We had the big order and there manager was so kind and gentle. The way he was giving us suggestions and telling us about the menu was impressive. I will definitely go there. Read more
