I grabbed some take out from this location and when I got home discovered that the $20 hot chicken sandwich I ordered was made with the crust of the loaf of bread (you would think that charging $20 for this meal would warrant a regular slice). Very friendly waiter! Matt was super kind and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed the food. Super good service. Great food!

Matthew gave us amazing service. He made sure we had all the food items and sauces we needed in a timely manner. We asked him which dessert he prefers and we were very satisfied with the taste, texture, and quality of the sweet.

On Feb 24, 2024, we celebrated my mother's 80th birthday. We were about 40 people. Our server Matt K., was fantastic. He was polite, kind, on-top of everything and very knowledgeable. He helped our guest get exactly what their tummies were craving. Matt made each guest feel like they were ... the focus of his attention. The guest had nothing but praise for him. There were a few others helping or checking on us. Emily, another older kind lady and Harsh, the manager, were also very attentive to needs I am really appreciated how he made sure that the evening went smoothly. If you go to Swiss Chalet on Carling, I hope he is your server. Thank you for making mom's evening. Also, there is another server who is just as fantastic as Matt. Lourdes has served us for over 10 years. We go about 4 to 6 times a year, and we always hit gold if we are lucky to go on the days she works.
