Edit: returned a second time a few months ago and the service was absolutely horrible. The wait was over an hour and when the food finally arrived, portions of our order were missing. Such a shame this place deteriorated so spectacularly. Original review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent breakfast sandwiches! I think kitchen is the bottle neck: very slow. We and other customers came in, the waiters are friendly and nice, and doing their best. But the kitchen was so slow that we waited for almost an hour to get the food.

Food was made from obviously old ingredients, especially the potatoes. The eggs had multiple pieces of egg shell, and the price of the rice dish was way too much for size and quality($26). The breakfast had free coffee, but it wasn't any good, although not terrible at least. Only the ... fruit side was fresh. I complained, and got a verbal apology, but nothing was done to correct it. My first time coming to this local restaurant and impressed! Liked the food and the venue. Ordered summer rolls, rice and salmon curry! Both were yum. Staff were nice! Was grateful to find an opened establishment on Christmas Day. Walked in and was quickly seated at a table of our choice. The place was decorated for the holidays which created a cozy & warm ambiance. The service was good, they were short staffed so the food did take longer to ... arrive at the table but the host would come by and keep us updated as we waited. The general Tao was tasty, the rice that accompanied it competed the dish. This chicken was perfectly crispy and had the right amount of sauce. The only thing was that the chip that the chicken was presented on was deep fried in oil which may have been used to fry other items as it gave a off-putting taste. However, the main part of dish was tasty. The chicken teriyaki arrived sizzling! The flavour itself was tasty & the portions was great. Overall, I recommend it!
