We were in the area, so we decided to try this place. We got the last pork spring rolls, even though they just opened for that day. It must be popular as at least 4 other table's asked for it too. When we got it, it reminded ... us of the ones from Bao Chau (which permanently closed down as those owners retired). We came here during lunch and it was steady. Overall we enjoyed our experience. Atmosphere: 4/5 – place is clean and comfortable Food: 3.5/5 - if you want something refreshing, try the papaya salad. I had it with chicken. Small pieces of slightly over cooked grilled chicken on top of the salad. ... Also ordered the beef noodle pho soup with rare beef, brisket, beef ball & rice noodle. As we go to different places to try new food, this new place in New West has its own swirl to Vietnamese food. Beautifully plated, fresh, great quality Vietnamese food. Vibrant and tasty. Menu has a bit of everything. Highly recommend the steamed rice crepes with pork. Definitely one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in town. We discovered Co Chau last year and have been going back multiple times. Food is delicious. Their portion is generous and price is very affordable. I have to say they have the best fried spring rolls. It is a must to ... order everytime we go.
