Customer service is really bad, Bearded man without a beard net, two random employee behind the counter just talking to the guy making the sandwish, olives in green pepper, no chicken or the special promotion beef, girl employee with her coat behind the counter. Guy could not find the salt ... shaker, so he used salt bags. Overall really unprofessional experience, shame since the food is usually good. Read more

As a Dagwoods employee at another location, I was extremely disgusted not only by the service but by the food as well. The meat was being sliced way too thick (not just for my sandwich, I was noticing the same for all the other customers...) and it was clear to ... me that none of the employees had been trained correctly. Two of them weren't even in uniform and they were all super unprofessional. I love Dagwoods so much but I honestly couldn't finish the sandwich they made for me... Good sandwich shop, freshly cut meat and cheese so nothing is sitting there getting old. Good staff and tasty sandwiches.

Time for the owner to step up and put a little money into this place. It's bad. Although the sandwiches are decent and the staff is friendly, the poor state of the restaurant makes me not want to eat there. Oh... and fix that door.
