This is the place in Montreal where I go for my cakes. Their cakes are all delicious, but the maple one is my favorite. The mix between creamy layers and crunchy layers is truly unique.

Friendly, courteous service, clean shop, excellent chocolatines, like the rest of its products. In every bakery I pass by, I try a chocolatine. Première Moisson, Paul, Les Copains D'Abord, are no match for him. Good size, slightly crunchy on top, the tasty flesh does not collapse when you bite into it. ... He didn't just put yeast in it.
