Three words: Unprofessional, Insensitive & Ignorant Context: Another youth support tech and I went with 5 youths to the store yesterday. Yes we arrived at 8:59 and we understood that they close at 9PM. The staff along with their buddies inside the store started to laugh, point fingers at the youths and ... make a whole scene out of the situation. Mocking and berating others is never the right way to show that customers have to respect service hours!!! --- You never know the negative impact you can have on others by reacting in such a cruel way. :/ ---Store owners please train your staff properly! Having experience with customer/ food service I know that it can be challenging when you're closing a store. There's always a better way to let customers know that you're closed in a clear and empathetic manner. Read more

What a beautiful place to take some yummy icecream. They don’t have very special in house made stuff, but it’s great place to chill with family and kids. I didn't really enjoy the ice cream as its made from really cheap ingredients you feel the cheap essence vanilla extract and water i had 3 balls only the hazelnut was ok. It's at sort of an odd location, but once found we will probably go again. The gelato flavours were limited but delicious. Try the roasted coconut.
