We told her we would go elsewhere if she had that attitude. She told us ''well it's ... because her ice cream is already ready'' thinking that we were going to feel bad and pay anyway. It's the kind of business that assumes that customers will pay regardless of the service; but it's us who give them this power, so do a good deed and don't go to this arrogant creamery. Very disappointed with the service. I ordered two soft serve dipped ice creams. They didn't ask what flavor we wanted to begin with. On top of that, we wanted to dip in chocolate and praline, which did say "chocolate and praline" on the menu, and they only put praline. Afterwards ... we were told that it was two different things even though it was clearly written differently on the menu. When I asked to change because it was absolutely not what I wanted, they refused and told me I would have to pay if I wanted to change. I'm not likely to come back, that's for sure. Read more

The one and only place where I have been eating ice cream for almost 14 years! The establishment is always very clean, there is a very large choice of products, the quality and freshness of the products is exemplary and the service is courteous. Nothing to do with DQ or ... the others. I always look forward to the next season to go back with my children :) It's definitely worth the detour! Read more
