They have the rudest and most entitled staff. The cones definitely expired, and the ice cream was halfway melted once they handed me my ice cream. Do yourself a favor, go across the street, pay less money, get ben & jerry's ice cream pack from the supermarket, which is 4 times ... bigger and wont melt all over your hands. Read more

Though never an ice-cream lover, wanted to try this place in the memory of a scene from a Hindi movie... Hehe 😅... In the move, the pregnant heroine craves for Ben & Jerry's Double chocolate blah blah flavour in the middle of the night... And thus I went there seeing ... the board of the brand 😆 Decent service and I tried their Raspberry Sorbet and some Chocolate flavour, think it was called the Chocolate Therapy. They didn't have many of the flavours available and obviously my personal preferences were in that list. Liked what I tried. Nothing great, have had better ice creams. Terrible management. Never in my life did I think getting ice cream would be a bad experience, but here we are. Obviously, the ice cream was not the problem, and honestly, neither were the two employees. The issue was the incredibly rude and disrespectful manager. She refused to answer my ... question about the price difference between the chocolate covered waffle cone and the regular one, sarcastically telling me "well obviously it costs more when it tastes better". She was also very disrespectful to my partner, who last minute decided they wanted a smaller size. The manager huffed and puffed about it immediately saying this is the only time my partner would receive this favor because obviously they saw the size I purchased (large) and should have known before sampling any ice cream (which can only be done after paying) that they wanted it. The final straw honestly is the way she spoke to her employees who were soooo nice to us and had to apologize for her behavior once she left the room. Honestly, save your money and buy a tub of ben and Jerry's at the supermarket. Save yourself 15$ and a bad experience. Read more

What a rude store manager and unprofessional and confused staff. I paid 11 bucks for one small kids cone. Insisted they made mistake because I was served by three different staff at the same time. Manager barked at me in front of my family and other customers insisting the price ... is correct and that’s what one pays for those days for quality ice cream. Will not be back. Read more

I don’t really have sweet teeth, Ben & Jerry’s on Maisonneuve is probably the only place I go now during summer, to have a sweet bite , walk around, enjoy the beauty of Montreal at this well known and best spot downtown, salted caramel and butter is my fav ... this year, tasty, I would highly recommend to anyone who come visit montreal and need a place to chill!
