The salad and chicken has good flavour, however you’re better off having the skewers because everytime I have the chicken fillet it is way over cooked

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit to Jimmy’s Unfortunately, the portion sizes were extremely small, and the food lacked flavor and seasoning. The dishes were also overpriced considering the tiny servings. Overall, I didn't find the experience worth my money. I have bought Greek food in the past, and I was always satisfied with one pita. The pitas that they sell here are quite small. I purchased a Gyros & a chicken pita, and both look like mini burritos. I had to eat them both to feel full. They ... don't look like the ones they display in the menu (those ones seem to have more stuff in them). They should add at least more of the veggies in them. On Sunday 28 January 2024 at approximately 2:30 pm. I had such a horrible experience at the Jimmy The Greek restaurant in the food court at Square One in Mississauga, ON. My mom's friend asked me to order a roasted chicken dinner platter $12.99. I went up to the lady ... who took my order. I asked for the Roasted Chicken Dinner. The lady said okay. The young man in the middle, prepping the meals. He asked me chicken souvlaki. I said yes. I get to the lady at the cash register to pay. I look at the price $16.37 final price. I go to my table. I open it up. It was the wrong meat. I take it back to ask for an exchange and say it was a mistake. The cashier and prep guy told me I asked for chicken. I said roasted chicken. Then tell me they cannot take it back due to the rules and policy. I said just to switch out the meat or add the chicken with the souvlaki. The cashier gave me a hard time and argued back with me. She said I would have to pay for the chicken separately. I said you have to make the customer happy. The customer is always right and never to argue with them. The cashier told me I need to learn how to order properly with an attitude. Then repeated again to my mother when she came over to speak to her. She was very rude and argumentative. They tried to blame me if it was my fault when ordering. The mistake came from the lady taking orders and did not pass the message along to tell the guy that I wanted roasted chicken. I am extremely not happy with the pour attitude and unprofessionalism I received that day. In the end I told them all its all about customer service at the end of the day. In my opinion, the cashier and prep guy should not be working in there with that kind of attitude and demeanor towards customers and argue with them when trying to find a solution to make the customer happy. I usually get the roast chicken leg from Jimmy The Greek. The staff is nice and always asks if we need any toppings. They give us a good-sized chicken leg and put a great amount of veggies and toppings on it. Of course, the portion size decreases a bit because ... my hubby doesn't feel full and still wants to eat dessert. But overall, I think it's alright and it tastes fine to us. Read more
