An incredible gem. I’ve been going here for ~15 years and everything from the food to the staff is always top tier. So friendly and accommodating, I’m happy to be a customer for life. Get their lunch special! Or anything for that matter. Never been disappointed.

Been going here for the last 10 years and the food is great, cheap, and they are quick. We ordered two combination platters tonight and while we were reversing out of the parking spot, the bag tipped over and one of the platters fell and nothing could be saved. We ... cleaned it up and went back in hoping they could replace it, but understanding if they couldn’t. We explained the situation and the cashier said it would be another $12.00. We confirmed we would have to pay for it again if we wanted it replaced, and we decided we didn’t want to pay extra and declined. I understand why they couldn’t but it left a sour taste in my mouth regardless, especially the way the cashier scoffed at us and repeated the amount. Most companies would be happy to replace the food, especially considering it wasn’t that expensive and they have it prepared already. Read more

Ordered platter A for three that consisted of a beef vegetable almond dish that had little to no beef .

I have been frequenting Fortune Dragon for over 10+ years now. I used to order more at their sister location at the mall on Santa Barbara Blvd. in Mississauga ( Derry & McLaughlin ) because it was a bit closer to my home. But that location has been closed for a ... long long time now. I have ordered many items on their menu over the years. All in all, I have been quite satisfied with their food, value and service. It is family owned business. So my support is there already. I understand that in the odd times their food items can be hit or miss. But over years I have had good food the majority of the times. And it is a good bang for your buck here. And I really like their online ordering system called " Beyond Menu". It is easy to use and you just go and pick up your food. Simple and easy. Nowadays I really enjoy their combo dinners / platters for 1. They have a wide variety in their combo offerings which really appeals to me because I can never decide what to get. Good take out Chinese at a reasonable price. The portions are generous. We like the General Tao and the Sweet & Sour Chicken. The Chicken Fried Rice is mediocre. The food is made to order - better than take out from Mandarin.
