The broth was super satisfying and the noodles had a perfect thickness to it with enough bite. I personally like tonkotsu broth a lot more than other types but i really enjoyed the flavor and richness. Not too salty. OK food, new staff can't tell us the difference of their soup base, I thought this will be the basis knowledge for working there. I won't let staff on floor without basic product knowledge. The restaurant is JP noodle but playing Latino dance music????? Hmmm

Ok as a quick fix for ramen cravings if you happen to be along Hwy 7. This place can get really busy at lunch, but dinner is usually very quiet. Broth, on the oily side. Shio broth is not excessively salty like some other ramen places. Slow cooked ... beef tendon rice (side) is quite good. Soft and flavourful. Don't bother with the tempura. Spicy chicken (Piri Puri) ramen is not bad. Overall, the noodles are too soft and skimpy on the toppings... Service, not the best. Took a long time before we can waive down someone to take the order. Good service and quality ramen. Conveniently located but parking is limited. I am not a big fan of chicken broth base ramen and they have not changed my mind. The pork belly is on the lean and thin side.

Good Ramen and tasty broth. I would agree with some of the other comments...a bit expensive for the small portions. Looking back at the photos, the original regular portion ($11) seems rather unimpressive. The Fully Loaded (double toppings for $15) looks like what they should serve as a default.
