Love this place! It’s not just about how good the bubble tea is but the owner is the sweetest person ever. She would create drinks for you that not on the menu. Recommend nearby folks to come check this place out.

I used to go here all the time like 10 years ago until I moved away. Went back again today, the owner still remembered me and it tasted just as amazing as last time I was there. This is my favourite little “hole in the wall” stop for not only a Coffee Slush with pearls (hands down best coffee drink around), but the most delicious Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Sandwich) EVER.
