Sorry to say it was our fav pizza place! Ordered many many times! I knew something was different the minute I opened the box! It’s entirely different! Hot damn, looks like we won't order from them ever again after being loyal customers. Placed our order at 5:50pm. When it hadn't showed at 7:10, I called to check on it. They told me it was on the way and would be here in 10-15 minutes. By this point, the ... kids are not happy. No pizza at 7:40, so I call again and they tell me they have no record of my order. The best solution they have for me is to place a new order. No discount, no apology, no nothing. So thanks for the stupendous customer service and leaving me with 4 hungry, cranky kids. You suck. It's fresh, the toppings are good and plentiful, but the free dipping sauce we got with the pizza today at lunch (cheddar) was not at all what I was expecting. Absolutely terrible. I ordered through skip the dishes it clearly was not skip the dishes that delivered and the driver arrived he was carrying the pizza in a plastic bag upright. First time ordered from them and it was amazing. Cheap for a big meal. Just disappointed with the delivery driver.he is not police and yelling on the phone.
