So came in to taco bell in a good mood and excited seeing as I live in a town where closest taco bell is hours away then we get to the counter where the manager was training some one and shot us attitude my wife managed a taco bell so ... knows how things work and she was rude and refused common sense things like fresh cinnamon twists then we get our "food" and I say that with quotes because it's almost not edible with all the salt on everything only reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is cause it was clean but it's also empty here probably from the way staff treats customers this manager shouldn't be training people if that's her attitude with customers Read more

Can't seem to follow simple instructions that were posted on the receipt. I double checked with the employee to make sure what I requested wasn't on my chulupas. He said no the order was correct. When I got home, sure enough, the order was wrong. I went back ... and mentioned how the order was incorrect. No apologies or anything. They looked at me like I had 2 heads. What the hell is this? Barely half full tacos? Come on. Price increases and you're withholding ingredients? Won't be back. Ever since a certain culture started working/owning here, tacos are practically empty.

Went through drive thru at 11pm, 2 cheesy Gordita deluxe boxes. The cheesy Gordita had 80% lettuce, and the tacos were more than half empty, and the burritos was very little beef 80% beans. Fries were cold and stale, the nachos and baja blast were the only things that were ... good. Asked for fire and hot sauce, received 5 for 6 tacos…. Past few times I’ve been here since they always miss my cinnamon twist or sauce. Never have I ever had fresh fries from this location, would have thought they would do better since reopening from renovations. What a waste of $30+ dollars, garbage food, garbage service. Read more
