Red head manager/supervisor (not sure). Came out to start helping with Uber orders and started screaming at everyone on the floor, swearing at them. Picked up dinner today in the drive thru: Two double daves sandwiches one as a combo and one for work (+ 6 nuggies too). My sandwich was true to advertisement, lettuce was fresh and crisp -- no complaints. But the fries was absolutely disgusting. More than half was soaked through with ... old fry oil smell. Tried to reheat in the airfryer at home, tasted like a spoiled fridge. Had to toss the fries and the nuggets. Sandwich was a close 2nd to the Wendy's location in Gravenhurst. But that choice to toss hella old fries with fresh -- was the poorest choices. I used to serve fries in 2000's at McD's, and I'd absolutely believe you, if a cook said they scraped the bottom of their shoe and served it as fries. My fries tasted like THAT specific smell. I'm appalled and disgusted. I'll never return to this location. Read more
Just ordered spicy chicken wraps and a double baconator. Everything was delicious and fresh. Only complaint is Wendy's as a company doesn't add as much bacon as they use to the baconator ( the reason why it's called a baconator). Place was clean and staff was friendly.
This Wendy's was ok during our visit, the drive through was moving quickly and food was ready right away. Not the biggest fan of their burgers but everything was pretty good.
