We attended today for a birthday party for our friend for her 50th. I just wanted to try to put into words how incredible our experience was. Our friend is such a beautiful soul and I feel like our server could see that. She went absolutely above and beyond to ... make the day special. She was kind and empathetic and overall probably the best server I have ever had. We are all so grateful for the entire experience. We are grateful for the beautiful venue, the accomodation and especially for our server. Jacqui you absolutely made our day and made our friend's birthday feel extra special. My husband & I had our 20th anniversary dinner here. I had hoped that this would have been acknowledged. Nope. The dinner was lovely but the drinks were teeny tiny. The smallest cocktails we’ve ever been served anywhere! The decor is very dated. Needs a significant refresh!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Brought my mother here for Mother's Day, the staff bent over backwards to help us. The patio wasn't open for another week, but, when we mentioned that we would have loved to sit out there by the fire on a particularly nice weather day, a gentleman came ... and grabbed a propane tank and set it up for us. The spa staff was wonderful, with my mother particularly connecting with Debbie, and they gave my mother a spa day that left her in tears of happiness. Took my mom out for her birthday with brother. Nice place and atmosphere. Friendly staff. While everyone ordered a lunch nothing on the menu appealed to me. Was too much for lunch for me. Finally ordered the Caesar salad. And it was lousy. There was very little dressing, taste was ... bitter. Took few bites and left it as it was inedible. I should have just had nothing. Told the waitress the salad was lousy and she was sorry. I never seen the bill but I did pay for half so I hope the salad was removed.
