The products are beautiful and modern and the male staff were fantastic but there was a young lady that also helped us and she was ignorant to the bone. Sorry David's Tea as aside from a poor choice in a staff member your store deserves a 5 star.

The ladies and gentleman who currently work there are AMAZING! They are always up to date on the latest teas! They get to know your faves and are the best at recommending new faves! Always smiling and joking around! Love my daily trips here!

Lots of varieties of tea to choose from. Many times they serve samples and many staff would educate you on the different kinds of teas and the products they have if you just ask them. I find it a bit expensive but they do have a great quality of tea ... so it does make up in certain ways I guess. Read more

David's Tea is always a nice place to visit for an unsweetened iced tea. I was just a little miffed from the last visit when the redheaded staff member who gave so much unwarranted attitude, I don't expect anyone to be a simpering, smiling idiot while working a customer ... service job - but outright rudeness is kind of a slap in the face. I mean I keep going back and buying tea I don't need for some reason, so I think I'll give them five stars.
