Went in today to grab a pita with my girlfriend, terrible customer service, our our came to like $35.80 she hands the cashier $40 cashier goes in the till and mumbles something about not having $4.20 in change, while she has a $5 bill in her hand, there’s like 4 ... people behind us in line, now any normal person would say this is our problem as a business our fault we don’t have change and take the 80 cent loss, instead she’s looking at us like it’s our problem, trying to figure something out like she’s lost can’t understand a word she says, so finally just say forget it and tell her to keep the change, (so your welcome for the extra $4.20 tip) then as there making our pitas there forgetting what’s on it, what size, white or whole wheat, I say lettuce they go to grab carrots, I say mayo they go to grab bbq sauce, HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK/UNDERSTAND ENGLISH…. It’s ridiculous we live in Canada and shouldn’t have to deal with this horrendous service, amazing how much lower the standard is now compared to the past…. Read more
