Paradiso Pizza - Kingston, Ontario

Delivery 5 mins away, took over an hour. Pizza was cold, zucchini sticks were soggy and falling apart. Pogo was cold. The only good thing was the cheesecake, which likely isn't made in house.

One star because that’s the lowest I could go. That was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. A few years ago I had quite a few bad experiences here and decided not to order here again but tonight my partner decided to order here and I thought I’d give it another ... chance. First off the box was crushed in half. Opened it and half the toppings were missing because they all slid to the other side. I suspect this is because, when it was delivered, an 8 year old handed me the box while his mom took the payment. This was after going to the wrong address. $18 for 2 pieces of what looks like previously freezer burnt fish patties from the grocery store. No fries. Fish looks awful, flavour not much better. So disappointed

This has to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to, and I've been to many. I guess I should have known when I had to order myself and then sit down, kind of like being at pizza pizza. Only pizza pizza would be great, Compared to this, ... we were expecting good, authentic Italian pizza. And we got nothing like it. As you see in the pictures, there's no cheese. Mostly, dough, we also got a Poutine, and the curds were freezing cold like they came out of the Freezer. The gravy was Cougiled and clumpy. It was certainly not what we were expecting. Needed something quick for dinner a few weeks ago, and ordered a large poutine from here. Had a bit of a wait as I came in at a busier time (I think it was around 15-20 minutes). Poutine wasn't bad for a quick bite, but the gravy was a but ... thicker than I'd prefer. Cost was similar to most other places I've got poutine from in the past, so I cant judge their price vs quality off of just that, but I'll have to come back and try a bit more of the menu and make a more accurate review of their pricing and quality.
