Excellent food, excellent service, pretty decent prices for what you get, my significant other and I only been twice but we love it. Quiet and fairly quick service. Definitely going again. Wish I knew our server both times so I could give a shout out.

I was headed back into the city and had a craving for spaghetti 4 supper. So popped into The Pasta Shop to buy "no meat sauce " for me and also picked up a serving of meat sauce for hubby. Excellent excellent excellent! Wonderful food, wonderful service, nice people. The owner is almost always there and is friendly and personable. Lots of delicious options (not to mention excellent desserts!), always served quickly. Gluten-free and vegetarian options. We moved into the Kingston area a year ago and after a year of settling into the community are now discovering restaurants that truly suit our lifestyle The Pasta Shelf is a gem !!! And we don’t use that term very much truthfully We entertain often, serving a wide range of regional ... favourites that include great dishes from Italy, India, Thai and others so we do enjoy our experiential palate. We both ordered pizza with red wine and we were very pleased. The pizza dough got high marks as did the toppings. If you enjoy “good value and great taste”, the Pasta Shelf has this hands down accompanied by well trained, conscientious staff. Read more
