Boston Pizza - Kingston, Ontario

Absolutely terrible experience. Stood at the door for 5 minutes. Instead of someone say hey just grab a seat I watched the staff and manager ignore me. When someone finally decided to come to me I asked for the manager who didn’t seem to think there’s a problem with standing ... at the front door for 5 minutes. I was beyond frustrated and decided to leave without getting seated. I have eaten at this establishment a few dozen times in the last few years and every time I have come it’s gotten worse. I was the only guy sitting in the patio. They were playing music at a volume so loud I couldn’t talk to a friend or make a call. I asked four times and was told three times it would be turned down… never happened. Fine, okay, you’re broadcasting your business? I ... guess, but don’t lie. They lied. And I saw the server about once every 20 minutes, despite the fact that both the patio was empty and the restaurant had maybe a dozen people seated. Oh, and zero condiments on the tables. Pizza was passable but had more than 2” of crust. Skip this one. Definitely not BP’s finest. Whoever the regional manager is should be politely walked out and banned from ever discussing Boston Pizza again. Don’t blame the people working here. Blame the idiot in charge. Read more

I don’t recommend ordering take out from this establishment. I’ve had countless issues when ordering from this Boston pizza, usually getting someone else’s order, but this time took the cake. I received a bandera bread that looked like this when I opened the box, the sauce it comes with was ... in the space, so they were trying to hide the fact that it wasn’t a full pizza. The worst part is some of the pieces don’t even look like they fit…. Which is making me question where they got the pieces from…… this will be the last time I order from the Boston pizza’s in this town. Read more

Had lunch with family today, the service was excellent. We sat outside and had a little tough time with bees. The food was average the Thai shrimp were excellent, the nachos were oily, the calamari was not great and presentation was terrible. The special Friday offer for pizza was ... on the expensive side $12 for a small pizza and it was really small. Read more

Loved the vibe of this place, Our Server was the sweetest.. super quick service! we just got beers and two sharable!! for the nachos, she recommended us to go half plate, thank god she did, that itself was too huge for us to finish… The cactus cut potatoes was disappointing ... as most of it was almost burnt.. but over all good experience.. !!
