The Pita Grill - Kingston, Ontario

Ordered pitas for my wife and I. They were fresh, loaded with toppings and a good value. The seating area is basic but I was getting it to go so no issues. Would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Great food and awesome pita and poutine, the gravy is to die for!

We love the Pita Grill, but tonight they were spectacular. The staff were lovely and catered to precisely what we were looking for. Each of us left with the exact pita we were wanting -- one bloated with extra cheese, one skinny and with so much hot sauce it stank ... up the street. I feel terrible writing this, but I would like to allow people to avoid my situation.. I ordered a poutine, and my friend ordered the chicken pita thing. I have never tasted a poutine so horrid in my entire life. How you mess up a chicken pita is also questionable. ... The fries were really not good at all..The cheese on the poutine looked like cottage cheese and the food was definitely not worth the price. If there was a "0" rating, I would have chosen it. My partner ordered a pita from Pita Grill and it was put together so poorly he decided to call them to complain. The manager promised him a free pita to compensate for their poor service and today when we ... called to take them up on their offer, they said they could only waive the taxes. The inability to follow up on their promises and consistently deliver poor customer service is why we will never eat at Pita Grill again. We strongly do not recommend this restaurant. Pita Pit is just a few stores down from these guys and I suggest going there instead. Read more
