I’ve been a frequent customer of El Asador for the past few years and have never been disappointed. I usually go for the ‘Midnight Special’ but went with a few friends this time & mixed it up. We got the lamb burrito ranchero, shrimp tacos, the bhoona chicken curry, and ... lentil soup. The food is fresh, flavourful & very satisfying, and the owner José is wonderful! My friend and I decided to try this out after reading all the amazing reviews and this place did not dissapoint! Chicken fajita was absolutely delicious, lots of spice and fresh ingredients. I came here believing it truly was going to be a 5/5 in terms of taste. Not at all. Having been to many taco places that are highly rated in Toronto, the tacos and burritos here are extremely bland and was nothing special. Basically tasted like old el paso.
