Domino’s Pizza - Kingston, Ontario

I do not usually purchase from Domino's Pizza. The few times I have the pizza is perfect. My boss orders frequently and I loved the pizza. BUT for my granddaughters birthday Feb 6 i did. she eats gluten-free so I ordered her pizza and a pepperoni and a steak. All ... were over done and dissapointing. Always the freshest, hottest pizza...everytime, doesn't matter if it's Friday night 6pm or Wednesday at 1130pm. And if you want your food quick, I've never waited more than 15 min for my order. Friendly staff, great location at Blackburn mews in Kingston.

Sorry to say we were very disappointed with our pizza at Bath Road location. Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza which is merely a thin crusted pepperoni pizza. It looked a little too brown but, we hoped the taste would be good. Upon trying our pizza, we found it ... was rather soft/soggy and had too much marinara sauce but seriously lacked on a product called cheese. There was plenty of pepperoni but the pizza had a bite to it also. Now i like spicy food but my husband doesn't, so we each had a slice then the rest went in the garbage. Read more

Best Domino's Pizza in the area. Super safe during the pandemic. They took all necessary measures. The online orders are really the best and they have all the time coupons and promotions. I like the option to order and pickup myself. Everything is customizable. The place is super ... clean. Have a lot of parking space. Cannot eat there, only pickup allowed. Read more

We order here fairly frequently and it's usually a quality product that's ready when it's supposed to be. On my most recent visit, however, I overheard employees complaining to one another that someone ordered carry-out and didn't tip. That didn't sit well with me. Also, an online order I made ... in advance was over 10 minutes late being made because they forgot to make one of my pizzas, though no one told me after I paid so I ended up standing there like a goof for several minutes, staring at the "ready" on the screen and wondering what was happening.
