We've been going to this restaurant on and off over the last five years or so and have always been pleased. Be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, service is always excellent; and the food is also excellent, considering the price range and target clientele. Sure, this is not fine ... cuisine; but if you want a good breafast, and lunch or dinner are a reasonable price, this diner is as good as any. Both food and service have always been consistent. Really great place to go for a meal. My family and I went for brunch and it was rather quiet. It has a homely atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced, well portioned and tasted amazing. My sister and father had the eggs Benedict and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered ... the french onion soup and it was delicious. I find you can tell the quality of a restaurant by the quality of their french onion soup. The lady serving us was very nice and was able to crack a few jokes. The food also came rather quickly and they were attentive to our requests. Amazing place for a meal and it's truly a hidden gem! This is my go to place for good old fashioned comfort food. The atmosphere is homey and the food and service is usually awesome. My only complaint is the size of the servings. For the price you pay it would be nice to have a little more food on your ... plate. Overall though the Jiffy Grill is a good place to go if you want home cooking and a relaxing environment. Read more
