On both occasions, people raved about their meals and Anthony led the team of servers who all gave impeccable ... service. I was incredibly disappointed as one meal was missing ingredients and we only found out once it was served, and my margarita was severely over salted. It is a beautiful restaurant with amazing views, my server was fabulous and the food was definitely top quality; however, I was again very ... disappointed that the one dish only had meat and no fixings that were mentioned under the description. When you spend nearly $200 for a special occasion dinner, you just expect to receive what you have ordered, or an accommodation if there is missing menu items. One of the best restaurants in Kingston. The Wagyu Beef Burger is one of the most delicious I've tried. The potato leek soup was very tasty too. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Five of us went to lunch today to celebration my sons 21st birthday. Our server was fantastic (I didn’t get his name but a genuinely nice chap with a wonderful sense of humour). The River Mill is in a beautiful location and although the weather was wet and miserable the ... setting was beautiful and peaceful. I have a lot of allergies including being Gluten intolerant and I had the best, most tastiest meal that I have ever had the pleasure of eating and the rest of my table agreed that their food was by far the best that their taste buds have experienced so far. FANTASTIC DINING EXPERIENCE. We went for our Valentines Dinner. Our waiter Chris was outstanding. He knew when to talk and when not. :-) He explained all menu items and wine very well. We enjoyed the fresh made Caesar salad at the table - prepared by Chris. My vegetarian mushroom ragu ... was outstanding, my partner's steak was prepared to perfection, we each enjoyed two different kinds of wine and the icing on the cake was one of the best espresso I have ever had.
