Juniper Cafe - Kingston, Ontario

Food is fine but iced mocha is not impressed, almost tasteless the mocha flavour. my partner say the hot chocolate is excellent tho. Hoping the buttermilk biscuit can be suggested to warmed up, probably due to the busy. The view is what this place offer most during the summer.

It is really nice calm and beautiful cafe. I ordered almond brownie and hot chocolate, it was good. It would be great if they add more things in their menu specifically veg options.

I've been meaning to stop in here for quite a while, and I finally had the chance late last week. They were busy when I popped in (it was shortly before 12, so there was a lunch crowd). I grabbed a Mocha and a Salted Chocolate Chip cookie. Service was ... friendly and quick, and I only had a short wait for my drink. The atmosphere is nice, bright but comfortable. I visited the Juniper Cafe this February with a friend and we had a great experience. I ordered a latte and a ginger molasses cookie, both of which were absolutely delicious. The ambience is great; very cozy, casual and chill, with dainty/quirky elements and decor. It’s a small space so ... it can get crowded fast, but the seating is comfortable and the layout is utilized well, so as long as you don’t plan on going at peak times with a big group, you should be fine.
