We were just at the Gardiners Road location. We had actually boycotted this location about 5 years ago. Service was terrible, and place was dirty. Today we ventured in again. Ben was our server. Cannot say enough good things about him. So friendly and very accommodating. I kept changing my ... mind, but he rolled with it. Plus a great sense of humour. Recommended some food for us and it was great. We will definitely be back. Hope Ben is working. Read more

We headed here after a day of play at the fun zone. The staff were amazing! Our server Holly was absolutely phenomenal! She was very friendly, nice and was very keen on getting what we wanted to our table as soon as possible. She had great table manner (customer service) ... and personality! The food was delicious! The bbq bourbon burger had a touch of honey which was lovely as well! Read more

Had the most god awful experience, food and service tonight. Sorry Sara. Took almost 15 minutes after being seated to bring waters. Took 35+ minutes to get two burgers and when they came the hostess said “I think this is right, if it’s not you’ll know”. Never heard that ... one before! Our server never came to do a quality check, I had to track her down 15 minutes after getting our food to ask for butter, then we had to find her again after that to get our bill. I’ve been a server/hostess for over 7 years. I get things are busy, however there were 5 tables total on our side of the restaurant and 5 staff members. More empty tables than ones sat. Never have I received or given worse service in my life. Please, retrain this girl. And the hostess who brought our food. Anyways, here’s a photo of our untouched southwest rice! Read more

I enjoyed the new lunch menu. Liked it since you can get three items. Nice selection of food on the menu. Good value. Will definitely come back again. The food was delicious. And our waitress Joy was lovely.
