Wendy’s - Kingston, Ontario

I don't know what is wrong with the manager. I'm a Skip driver. I was there to pick up the order. And the restaurant didn't receive this order on their tablet, which is not my fault. I am trying to get the order, but this manager doesn't seem to care ... know what end up happening that Skip cancelled the order customer did not get the order because of this manager attitude I don't know why he's like that but you shouldn't have people like this, I'm face of a customer here so I should be treated equally as any other customer, but I don't know why they feel that we are any less than the customers I do not work for Wendy's? They should treat me as same as a. This person is so stupid that failed a simple concept that if you did not receive a order on your app, the least you can do is when there is a person over the call you can take it from there, but no he wanted on a tablet which is so stupid and now Would be without the order and the restaurant has to pay more so this is loose loss situation for everybody Read more

Making errors pretty consistently these days. Tried to get buffalo chicken strips, they put the wrong sauce on and barely put on. Didn't give us a receipt either. Standards are dropping.

This location seems to think a Baconator has one slice of bacon on it that's been broken into 3 pieces. Got a refund and won't be back.

It's a great place to eat if you like food made in a lab, sticky floors, and cups that barely work

Wendy's is fine, I get my usual salad with blue cheese from there and my chili cheese fries. I'm not a big fan of their burgers but I love their salads. I also like their chicken nuggets I think they have the best nuggets from any of the fast food ... chains and I get those every once in a while as well. The people are friendly depending on the day obviously so I'm not so much but most of them are. I definitely recommend this location. Read more
