Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. When the skip the dishes driver didnt show up, they personally delivered my order to my house for me! They were very polite and professional and kept in contact so I was updated as to what was going on. The food ... is also really, really good and they serve large portions. :) Read more

The burgers would be great, except for the curry seasoning used in the Mayo.... Ruins the whole thing. I LOVE curry, but when you're not expecting it for a flavor in your bacon Cheddar burger it throws you way off. It was actually kind of gross. Would ... have been a great burger otherwise. Read more

Food quality was low. Chicken fingers were actually No Name brand chicken nuggets... as well as other items I saw used, with the yellow label. The employee was great and super friendly, which is what led to 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 or 2

This little restaurant is one of Kingston's best kept secrets. Being family run you can find some of the best burgers and poutine here! Today my wife and I stopped here for lunch with our two young kids. We shared one of the best poutines ever (so much cheese curds) ... and we each had a burger off the menu (so good one of the best I had in the city). Our kids shared a kids meal (very generous portion). Definitely this is the place to go if you haven't been. Read more

Far and away best burgers in Kingston. I had the Home Burger and it was fantastic. My children ordered from the kids menu and we even managed to bring dinner home for my wife for about $20. Fresh ingredients; reasonably priced, great dinner idea after a long day at ... work. Read more
