Slow, indifferent (if not outright rude) staff and management, and frequently cold burgers and fries. Also, way too often, only one drive through lane open. Worse, twice I've been there and sat in a lineup for 10 minutes only to be told sorry, cash only. How hard would it be to ... post a sign at the drive thru entrance to save people the headache? Pretty clear the whole operation lacks top-down leadership. McD HQ should come in and clean house tbh. Welcome to 2024 franchise ownership 🤷‍♂️. Read more

I always get food burnt or mixed up. I DO NOT recommend this McDonald’s. They’re rude and can’t make an order right ever.

The renovation was awful..so,shocking! So,stark and empty feeling. Only one tiny kiosk ..no employees omg. So,stark! No menu on the wall..kiosks to order from. Only a tiny table for napkins..and the 2 napkin holders were empty. Took forever for the food. Never coming back.

I ordered 3 fries, 3 Big Macs. We also wanted ketchup salt and pepper as noted on the bill. We received 16 packages of salt, 34 packages of pepper and no ketchup. Tried to call and explain the waste and no one answered the phone.

A memory in time after a successful soccer season brought a legendary Golden nugget 😁. Great refresh inside. Not as many seats and I miss the play place. But such is the case of the modern times.
