McDonald’s - Kingston, Ontario

The supervisor (Madison) on 27th June couldn’t help customer to answer question that relate to McDonald’s menu. The only response :”I do not know how to do it.” And the supervisor does not know how to say (sorry) by responding negative answer to the customer. Bad service, don’t come here, you will waste your time. They Need more staffs here. Too many customers but less workers

I have to say this is by far the best McDonald's in Kingston. I've been to all but not really this one. There was a young lady working the drive through window tonight that had some pink in her hair that provide excellent service. I was astonished when she checked ... everything in our order before handing it to us to make sure it was all correct. It makes a huge difference and of course everything was correct and well made even this late at night. The other McDonald's in Kingston have a problem with this. But not this one from my experience. It's well worth the extra few minutes of driving for much better service. Read more

Standard McDonald's with quick and friendly service. Clean I side. I always use my McDonald's app now as I find my orders are more accurate and ready quickly when I arrive. The app also gives points which, for a family of 3, usually gets me an extra 10 pack of ... chicken mcnuggets or something similar. I have a 5 year old so we are happy to stop at the restaurants where ever we are traveling. Read more
