A&W Restaurants - Kingston, Ontario

I come here frequently when my boyfriend and I want somewhere that we can just sit down and enjoy a fulfilling breakfast without breaking the bank. I know it’s not the “cheapest” “fast food” style franchise but it’s worth every dollar to us. They always have fresh food and the ... staff are lovely. Regardless of if you’re sitting in for a meal or going through the drive thru for convenience, they’re always consistent. They have great customer service in my opinion. friendly, happy to be here, never rush you when you haven’t decided what you want yet. I also like how they check how your meal is if you sit in so they can get your genuine feedback but they don’t pester you if you just want to sit and eat. I really recommend the Division street A&W. family favourite for us that’s for sure. Thanks to everything you do!! As soon as I came in, me and my family were greeted, and the owner was incredibly helpful with picking choices of what to eat. The restaurant was very clean and overall, I am 100% satisfied with the experience! So amazing!

… I wasn’t aware sunny side meant uncooked! I should have just gotten a crate of eggs and drink 😒. And I forgot to take the hot chocolate ☕️ I ordered for 🥴, I mean I wasn’t even given to begin with.

I don't know when the chicken strips where changed from the original real chicken breast fillet to the now processed chicken strip full of filler! I'm so dissapointed in A&W for this change! It's this across all A&W joints or just this one?? Just sucks that when the price keeps ... going up at fast food joints yet quality seems to fail and get worse! Not worth eating this junk .. we chose to come here over Macdonalds thinking we'll get their real breast strips! There's no difference now btw the Two.. both garbage! Although you can't tell from the picture, there were barely any fries in the container for 6 dollars, and W is way over priced, and food is usually cold. This particularly a&w was disgusting and very dirty inside. No open the washroom. I also did a mobile order and I ... stood there for 10 minutes. I didn't realize they had to accept the mobile order. And the food wasn't even ready. She had to check, and then the food got made very unprofessional and stupid. Don't check this place out, you'll probably be disappointed. Read more
