Consistently great smoothies, friendly staff, owner is knowledgeable about supplements (speaks from his own experience), knowledgeable about health and fitness in general and where to access resources such as massage therapy, exercise tips. Hope to see him reopen soon.

I stopped in and tried the piña colada and it was wonderful! Great value for these nutritious smoothies. Looking forward to trying more flavours this summer.

Avacado sunrise tastes amazinggg very light and creamy. Chocolate peanut butter fills you right up. Totally worth it.
