Crave - Kingston, Ontario

This is my go-to study spot! Perfect vibe if you’re someone that needs noise to study. The baked goods are delicious. The drinks are always well-made and the baristas are happy to accommodate you. I always try the staff recommendations they have on the chalkboard furthest from the entrance - ... super fun recommendations! The only downside is to do with the savoury food; it’s not always fresh unfortunately :( You have to go through and find the freshest one by looking closely at the options. Sometimes you can see that the salad has wilted and darkened. When the foods fresh, it’s great and worth the prices! I love their sriracha chicken wrap. We tried their almond cherry scone, danish, and butter tart and they were all delicious! Their coffee was fresh and tasty too. Definitely recommend trying this place if you’re in the area.

Always make a point to come visit Crave when I'm in town for work. Last time I was here was pre-pandemic and glad to see it's still alive and well. Didn't try any of the treats this time (used to get their pecan butter tarts) but got an iced coffee ... and it was good. They have a nice little patio too. Only suggestion I'd have is some more attention to the details (keeping things clean, replacing the garbage, etc). The staff were all very nice though. Read more

I wanted to try everything because it all looks Incredibly delicious, but I decided to start with the Portuguese Tart and the Chocolate Chunk & Toffee cookie. I almost didn't get th cookie because it's gluten-free and I hate gluten-free anything! But I couldn't even tell! It was amazing! The Portuguese Tart ... is in my top three, and that says a lot because my hubby and I take road trips JUST to try different Portuguese Tarts! We have been ordering cakes (vegan) for years from Crave for my kids, niece and nephew and they never disappoint! The cake decorators are top tier and the kids have always been so excited with their creations. Top notch service as well. Thanks Crave, we’ll be back!
