YIKES, 3/10. Thankfully, the staff were nice at this location but if you ask me that’s pretty much the only redeeming quality to this restaurant. I’d recommend you just stay at home and make your own grilled cheese, chances are you could make a much better one than the food ... here. When it first opened, I likely would have given 4-5 stars for the food, but it seems that each time I’ve gone since the quality has gone downhill. Of course this could just be me being picky, however I do hope MLT DWN returns to the quality of food it made when it first opened, because I believe that was much tastier than what they’re serving now. Been going there since they opened, and I still go back on occasion. Very tasty sandwiches with unique flavours, and a rotating feature that is usually quite good. They have amazing waffle fries (get them with cheese!). A little pricey for the amount of food you get but still worth ... it. Also it doesn't take too long for them to make your order usually. Fast,Cheesy, Friendly staff, McDonald's Wi-Fi, most of the menu is under 10$, im really full, you can excercise your right to baconize all the menu options, SOLID👌

The customer service here is excellent and truly above and beyond what you would expect. Furthermore, the sandwiches are incredible. A lot of people talk about MLTDWN being "just grilled cheese". That is utterly ridiculous, as they make far and away the best sandwich in Kingston. The waffle fries with cheese sauce ... are just the icing on the cake. This place is awesome.
