Harvey’s - Kingston, Ontario

I ordered through Uber eats.. I ordered three combos for my daughters and I.. The people working packed the order, but did not put in the original cheese hamburger. I called them 4 to 5 times and they do not answer the phone. So I went in person to talk ... to them to get the cheeseburger that was missing out of my order. They spoke Broken English and hardly understood a word I was telling them. They shouldn’t hire people who cannot comprehend the English language.. They have the worst customer service after they messed up my order. I had to wait for the other customers who were behind me to get their orders before they made mine.. I do not recommend this restaurant to no one, especially making your orders on Uber eats.. They will not pack your order correctly and short change you. Beware at this location Read more

New management. Good thrown together. They used to take pride in their burgers and had a flavour that you recognized immediately. That's what separated Harvey's from all the rest. Food does not have any flavor

I went to the store once and asked for a little more toppings. Its not like she did not give me the toppings but she was rude and showing me attitude and mentioned that she’s not allowed. Today i order couple drinks! They did not even cover the drink like ... other harvey’s do which is why it spilled everywhere. My doordash driver took a picture to complain about store. Overall an okay experience. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately they missed my order of onion rings (my dinner) so they made me go repay and wait for more. Usually when kitchen staff make a mistake they cover it. (I work in a fast food kitchen) so I’m aware of how ... it should be handled. So unfortunately my partner had finished half of his food before I could start eating. The man working the kitchen was efficient and was killing it for it being busy! Read more

We had an awesome experience at Harvey’s today! Rushi (who took our order and made our drinks) was exceptional. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best value for our meals, even backtracking when I indecisively decided I wanted a milkshake after ordering. I’d like to ... commend the staff and Rushi especially for their great service. They had their lunchtime rush and still ensured to provide wonderful customer service.
