We visited this location while at a soccer tournament with over 40 people. The staff was very helpful, they honoured our reservation even though a previous large group had not cleared out in the timing they had hoped. We booked in advance & took a large team (32) to the Gardiner's Road location for our end of season party. With this many people, our expectations were pretty low, and had expected to spend a good portion of the evening "waiting." I was so pleasantly surprised as our experience ... was the exact opposite! The staff were ready and waiting for us as we all arrived and seated us in one section as a group (which was ideal) and quickly started taking drink orders, which came out just as promptly. Once our food orders were taken we had some awards and prizes to hand out, and before we had even finished those, our food was arriving. From arrival to paying bills was about 1hr30 minutes and we couldn't be more thankful to Boston Pizza for taking such great care of us as hosts! Great spot for teams - would highly recommend! We stopped by here during one of the UFC championships. The place was packed, but we still managed to find a table. I believe the manager was the one who served us. He was very patient and kind. The service itself was quite slow, but it makes sense given how ... busy the restaurant was. I ordered the Royal Hawaiian pizza and it was to die for!
