Parks Noodle & Sushi - Fredericton, New Brunswick

Absolutely delicious! We got Miso Soup and three rolls. Our rolls were: Rainbow, Lion King, and spicy tuna. While they were all delicious, my favourite was spicy tuna, cold with a little crunch🤌🏼

This is a nice little place that seems to be a one stop shop kind of restaurant for anything asian. The dining room is small but comfortable.  The owner/chef was quick to take my order and commanded me to sit while I waited to take it back to my hotel. I ordered ... the chicken stir fry with a side of tempura shrimp.  It took about 30 minutes to prepare and cost me about $30. The tempura was fresh and crunchy.  The chicken stir fry was delicious and plentiful. Not a bad spot for something different and it's located near the Play House and hotels. Always amazing food! A cute spot for a quiet night with my partner. I have never been disappointed and have been going for 10 years. Definitely more of a treat for us now as prices have risen, but will always go when we can! Dine in is always amazing service,quick ... and well plated. Take out is always nicely put in the bag so nothing spills and is still in good condition when we get it home! Read more

Great time at Park’s Noodle and Sushi! The sushi was made fresh for our order, and everything came out in a well paced manner. The space is nice and intimate. Will be back!

Every single time I go to Parks, the food and service is always amazing. I'm never disappointed. I literally have dreams about their food. I regularly bring people here to eat, because everyone should experience how amazing it is. I particularly love how carefully balanced in flavour all the dishes are. ... Nothing swims in sauce unless it's intended to. Nothing tastes oily or greasy. Patrick is really amazing and so kind. He will often supplement diners' meals with some veggie tempura free of charge.
