Double Double - Toronto, Ontario

Ordered over the phone on the customer service line, showed up and the door was locked with a sign that said "Be back in 15 minutes". Waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes hoping someone would show up but it was still locked. No one inside. Cancelled my order ... and watched a woman enter right as I was leaving the parking lot. Then, that woman then decided to call me 5 minutes later harassing me asking why I cancelled my order and said "how would you even know the door is locked if you ordered over the phone". I was annoyed that the store was left unattended, but what really got me was that she had the audacity to call me after. If you want to temporarily close then do what you have to do. But don't harrass your clients after the fact after they've made the decision to take their business elsewhere while you're not present to serve. Read more

a few nights ago, was late and I was baked & decided to try this place & man did I ever enjoy the pizza! Chicken comments don't look so good but the pizza was aight !! Could have been the weed who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

We usually eat in at double double at Scarborough and decided to give this location a try thinking it would taste exactly the same. We ordered 2 piece with wedges and paid 27 dollars for it. What we got is a total disappointment. The chicken is stale. Also it comes ... with 8 wedges. Got two boxes of this order and cant believe there is 16 pieces of wedges in total. One can see in the pictures the chicken doesn’t look fresh at all. Honestly I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option to. Very poor experience. Read more

For 30 dollars this is quite frankly disgusting. Quite possibly the worst chicken burgers I’ve had. The Pattie’s were seemingly overcooked and extremely dry, with only one piece of wilted and brown lettuce on each burger. No mayo at all either. The potato wedges were clearly only deep fried, no ... breading. They werent terrible but the burgers really put me off the entire meal. Read more

I came here with a friend. I love this place because is great for late eating since it close at 4am. Menu is easy to understand and fast completion of orders. Amazing price, lots of food, and food tasts good for the price. The lady there cooks and serve, and ... has great customer service. Very hard working lady, only hope she is not been over worked, that's the only reason I don't put 5 stars. Love the wings and garlic bread. Read more
