I've eaten here a few times while visiting the WEM. The restaurant got smaller and the menu had changed. I think a new owner might have taken over. The pho was okay but the service could have been better. Nothing much for kids to eat and ... maybe they didn't like we didn't order more. Also, the side order of noodles was a bit under-cooked and tasted a bit of dish washing soap. One of the bowls was visibly dirty. Read more

Had very bad experience. When we entered the restaurant, they were confused as to where to sit us since we had two strollers, even though it wasn't busy at all. The price is over rated for the quality of food, they even served burnt food. We requested three times for ... water and yet it was still a struggle. We asked for blanched bean sprouts because one of our party is pregnant. When they brought the bean sprouts out, it clearly wasn't cooked at all. They even argued with us about how cooked it was. My family & I have been coming to this place for pho for years , they treat us like family every time we stop in for a bite to eat ! Best pho soup in Edmonton !

Expensive, poor service, awful food and drinks. Despite the red flags with the poor service, we wanted to try their menu. We ordered 2 Vietnamese coffees, which was prepared immediately. Their quick service today was because they chose to use instant coffee instead of percolating it in the usual equipment. ... This is unacceptable considering the high cost they charge. When I approached the cashier to clear my bill for the untouched coffee, management dictated we pay for the unprepared meal as well. Our food arrived as this conversation occurred (less than 5 minutes from time of ordering). I question the freshness and quality of the food.
