It cost 17.80 after tax for a bowl of pho, but the soup lacks the strong beef flavor, they skimped on meat by a lot, used lemon instead of lime and only a small amount of basil. Beef sate pho is my favourite Vietnamese dish. So I got the beef sate pho and beef sate subs and both were great! Sweet old man served us.

I don't give bad review to small businesses but it would be unfair to let anyone else experience this. First of, the food took almost 30 minutes so my husband and I had high expectations. Instead, all we got was a bowl of disappointment. The food was so little ... and expensive. We asked for extra spice and ordered the sate combo, everything tasted bland. Ordered pick up at lunch time for a rice vermicelli with bbq beef and spring rolls. Paid almost $20 with my tip. 20 minute wait. Everything was unseasoned and bland. Didn't come with hoisin or hot sauce. Food was cold after driving 5 minutes back to work. Added some soy sauce ... to try and make it flavorful but pretty disappointed. Read more

I got the sate chicken noodle soup and it was delicious. Spicy, and full of flavour. Very big portions and friendly staff. Quick service! We also got a sate beef noodle soup that was also very delicious! The only thing that was difficult was to find parking.
