Flavour Me Pizza - Calgary, Alberta

Was never a fan of this place under the old management, but saw that they had changed and decided to give it another shot. Definitely agree with other reviews that the change in management is a big improvement. The crust and sauce have both improved significantly, and the toppings are cut ... in larger pieces, which I prefer to the "finely diced everything" that was served before. Prices are also MUCH better. In my opinion this is now the best take-out pizza spot in the neighbourhood. Definitely worth a shot if you work or live nearby. Note: I don't know that I'd truly give this place five stars, but they deserve some good ratings to counter-balance the old reviews from before the management change. Delicious & unique pizza flavours. My office orders from here a few times a month. Office faves are the Cajun Chicken and Itlalian Delight. The staff are all really friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

It's a good pizza - I like the herbs in the dough. Challenge is - the place is never open, phones aren't answered, oven will be broken or the owner is out and can't cook the Pizza for an hour. It's sad because if your not selling pies - ... your business fate is certain. Read more

Sanitation concerns. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told the delivery driver was sick. The driver was there and sick but still prepping food. The guy at the counter was also pretty dirty and had several cuts and bandages on his hands, including one that looked like ... it was missing the bandaid. The pizza itself was fine but nothing exceptional. I had the hottie and the donair, even though the ingredients were fresh and tasted good they weren't actually that different. The donair pizza was nothing like a real donair pizza. I ended up tossing most of it as I kept thinking about the missing bandaid and was grossed out. Read more

We called in for pizza and they ran out of dough. The cook called back and offered a fresh made dough that would be darker around the edges. It was delivered by the cook and it was delicious, hot and fresh. Great pizza... And recommend it.
