This place is takeout only I wasn’t aware until the gentleman working let me know. He still prepared my meal while I was there which was so nice. Great service and the food is high quality. Definitely recommend.

Dropped in for the first time. Had a lovely conversation with the owner, Arak, or Eric. He is clearly committed to running his business to the highest standards. Had a chance to stop for lunch at Royal Kabab Express on 14St. Although its a takeout but wanted to express my gratitude for the food and hospitality. Food was fresh and facilty is clean.

Outstanding Persian cuisine! Eric cooks like it's for his family and the love shines through in the food. Very high quality ingredients cooked by a master. I tried this place a year ago but forgot to review it. The food tastes great. It is halal persian style. My family liked the kabob and saffron rice. However, quick notes, this is a take-out place. For kabob plates, it is better to call before you go. The owener ... is an old guy. You might feel he is not that friendly but he is kind.
