It was my first time ordering online and it was and your app was easy to follow. My pizza was delivered in under the time given and the delivery guy was awesome.

We recently ordered from Domino's Pizza for a family gathering, expecting a delightful meal to share with our guests and their children. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing. We ordered several pizzas to accommodate everyone's preferences, but each one fell drastically short of expectations. The crusts were undercooked ... and doughy, the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, and the overall flavor was bland and uninspiring. It was clear that little care had been put into the preparation of our order. We were not only disappointed but also deeply embarrassed. Our guests, especially the children, left with empty stomachs because the pizzas were simply unpalatable. We had hoped to provide a delicious and enjoyable meal, but instead, we felt ashamed and saddened by the outcome. It's disheartening to see kids go without eating because the food was so bad they couldn't bring themselves to eat it. Given the significant letdown and the impact it had on our gathering, we will not be ordering from Domino's again. It was a dismal experience, and it's unfortunate that what should have been a joyous occasion was marred by such poor quality food. Saw the social media ads for the 50% off medium pizzas. Great value. And a location near me in Crowfoot which was open until 3AM. I work until midnight or 1AM some nights and having access to pizza late night is a lifesaver. Staff was very friendly and quick and efficient even ... at late hours and made it exactly how it should be presentable with proper amount of toppings. Read more

Picked up the Garlic Sauce Veggie Pizza from Domino's Crowfoot location, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Great customer service. I wasn't expecting it honestly. We ordered through the mobile app and generally when we order online the reception at restaurants is cold and transactional. The person who greeted me at Domino's actually asked how I was and asked if I needed anything else. Then he also ... ASKED if I could take the time to send feedback instead of passively handing over the QR code or by assertively asking for 5 stars.
