A & W - Calgary, Alberta

High prices, small portions. A&W is pricey to start with but when a location goes rogue and starts cutting out bacon, or giving you 7 total onion rings (including the small ones) for $5, it's a big problem. Bring back the downtown Wendy's, please.

Waited for 10 minutes for my 2 orders of onion ring and when I got to my work I found that the two orders of my onion rings were all burnt and the lady who’s getting the order is VERY RUDE, no customer service at all.

They haven’t had iced tea for months. The bottled water isn’t chilled, and mine was actually WARM today. The person taking my order wasn’t wearing deodorant. Not sure why the tall Indian front end staff is still working here when all the regular customers know how rude and doesn't know how to provide any good customer service. How can she be some stingy over ketchups when she doesn't even have to pay for the ... costs of it. I asked for a few more and her answer is I put a lot already. Checked the bag and there were only 2, is that a lot. Or when she answers you if you ask what is on a burger, she answers like I should know what's on it. There are days that even if I'm craving for an A&W food and she's the one upfront, I'll just forgo buying one. AVOID going there at all cost when she is upfront. Other staff on the other hand are awesome!!! They answer questions without rushing and gives you options. A&W wake up and see that this lady has been giving your name a bad reputation. I love the food, but the lady who is at the front counter is extremely rude each and every time. I ask for ketchup and she says there's already too much in the bag. So 2 ketchup is already too much? Then I am in the middle ... of making my order, and she keeps interrupting me. I say no pickle, no onion, she says to me you should of told me that before you made your order. Just makes no sense why these type of people are in these positions.
