Wayne’s bagels (and their sandwiches) are amazing! Underrated in my opinion. BUT, I would only go to the main shop on 10th ave in the beltline. The store in the crossroads farmers market has less fresh bagels, the service operates at a glacial speed (when we were ... there anyways). The lady decided to take 4-6 sandwich orders…piled up the bagels on the side, then proceed to serve people ordering. 1 person working, with zero rush. We waited 15 min, came back, and was told it was still going to be a while. She seemed perpetually annoyed. We would have went elsewhere after k owing all this. The lady who runs the booth at crossroads market is rude and does not want the business. I ordered 8 bagels and she was trying to talk me out of it, saying the wait would be too long.

The bagels here are amazing. Very cool how they make them right in-front of you. Makes waiting go by really fast as you watch them go through all the steps of making the bagels. A delicious selection of Montreal style bagels. I bought six, which included... pumpernickel, rosemary and rock salt, poppy seed, cheese and an everything bagel. I popped them in the oven to heat and crisp them before serving and they went down a treat with my guests. They also offer toppings ... unique to the brand.
